William J. Walsh, PA-C, brings over 30 years of dedicated experience in cardiovascular medicine, with a primary focus on Electrophysiology and General Cardiology. A graduate of Stony Brook University’s School of Allied Health Sciences, William began his career in 1991 and has since built an extensive background in both acute and outpatient cardiac care.
Since joining Naples Heart Rhythm Specialists in 2008, William has played a key role in managing complex heart rhythm disorders and providing comprehensive care to patients across Southwest Florida. He collaborates closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans, combining advanced clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach.
Prior to his current role, William served at Naples Community Hospital, where he provided diagnostic and therapeutic care in general cardiology, and at Booth Memorial Hospital in New York, where he worked in a Level II Trauma Center, gaining critical experience in emergency medicine and patient stabilization.
Known for his calm professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to patient education, William has earned the trust of both colleagues and patients alike.
Outside of medicine, William enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time outdoors. He is an avid pickleball player and regularly participates in local leagues and tournaments. William and his wife, Katie, are proud parents of two grown children.
